Aroma
Bright and fresh, with notes of citrus fruits, green apple, peaches and light floral accents. Hints of honey and herbal notes give the wine a special finesse.
Taste
Fresh and fruity, with pleasant acidity and a light body. Velvety, refreshing notes create harmony and lightness.
Process
The wine is produced by fermentation at low temperatures with the preservation of maximum freshness and purity of aroma, which allows to emphasize the brightness and expressiveness of both Chardonnay and Riesling.
Provenance
100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
