Politika Chateau Cristi Coupage Conservator
Aroma
Notes of ripe red fruits and berries - cherry and plum - predominate. Merlot at the base of the blend gives the flavor softness and light sweetness, while Cabernet Franc adds hints of green pepper and freshness, and Cabernet Sauvignon brings notes of black currant and light spice.
Taste
A soft and balanced wine with a velvety texture. Merlot gives the wine roundness and juiciness, Cabernet Franc gives structure and light acidity, and Cabernet Sauvignon adds fullness and persistence.
Process
Wine is produced using traditional methods. Light pressing after fermentation allows to preserve bright fruity and spicy aromas, and the subsequent aging process in tanks reveals the full potential of the blend.

100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
