Process
The wine is produced according to the traditional method with a long maceration on the mezze, which allows to reveal a rich structure and emphasize the expressive aromas and flavors.

100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
