Fresh fruits and berries such as strawberries, raspberries and red currants, with subtle floral tones including roses and white flowers.
Taste
Refreshing, fruity, with a harmonious balance between berry notes and pleasant acidity.
Process
Light pressing, for juice extraction with a pale pink color. Fermentation using selected yeast strains, at low temperatures. Filtration and bottling using inert gases, for maximum protection against oxidation.

100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
