Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs are the first sparkling wines in the Chateau Cristi portfolio – a natural step for a winery that’s always seeking new forms of expression. Both wines come from our own vineyards in Găvănoasa, where the gentle climate and fertile soils provide ideal conditions for wines with bright acidity and natural balance.
We chose the Charmat method for these sparklings to preserve the true character of the varieties – fresh, clear, and authentic.
Blanc de Blancs, made from Chardonnay, is a floral, crisp sparkling wine with citrus notes and a subtle hint of pastry.
Blanc de Noirs, crafted from Pinot Noir, brings refined elegance to the glass, with aromas of white fruits and delicate almond undertones.
These wines were created not only for festive occasions but also for everyday moments that deserve to become something special. They speak of everyday refinement, the pleasure of savoring, and the art of detail.
