Chateau Cristi Sauvignon-Blanc
Aroma
vibrant and expressive, with characteristic notes of freshly cut grass, elderflower, and citrus. Hints of lime, gooseberry, and green apple add juiciness and freshness, while a light mineral undertone enhances its elegance.
Taste
lively and refreshing, with crisp acidity and a well-defined structure. The palate features dominant citrus notes, passion fruit, and white currant, subtly layered with herbal and chalky nuances. The finish is clean, persistent, and invigorating.
Winemaking
made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on estate vineyards of Chateau Cristi. The grapes are hand-harvested in the cool morning hours. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, aromatic intensity, and varietal purity.
Origin
100% estate-grown grapes from Chateau Cristi vineyards, located in the geographically protected Valul lui Traian zone, southern Republic of Moldova, village of Găvănoasa.
