Chateau Cristi Late Harvest
Aroma
Rich and multifaceted, with notes of baked apple, pear and pineapple. Complemented by nuances of dried fruits, vanilla and light minerality. With age it acquires aromas of spices, nuts and caramel.
Taste
Rich and velvety, with a harmonious balance of sweetness and refreshing acidity. Bright fruit accents smoothly pass into honey and mineral tones, forming a long, elegant aftertaste.
Process
The grapes are harvested in December, after natural freezing on the vine, which concentrates the sugars and aromas. The berries are gently pressed frozen and the wine is then fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve the richness of flavor and aroma.

100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
