Chateau Cristi Chardonnay Barrel Fermented
Aroma
Deep and multilayered, with notes of ripe apples, pears, vanilla and honey. Aging in acacia barrels adds light floral and honey nuances, while oak adds nuances of vanilla and spice.
Taste
Rich and velvety, with bright fruit accents harmoniously complemented by a creamy texture. Light oak and honey tones create a long and elegant aftertaste.
Process
The wine is fermented in oak and acacia barrels, which gives it a complex character and volume. Aging on the lees with regular bâtonnage enhances the structure and aromatic depth, creating an elegant and well-balanced wine.

100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
