Chateau Cristi Cabernet Sauvignon-Saperavi
Aroma
Rich and deep, with notes of plum and blackberry. Cabernet Sauvignon adds accents of dark chocolate and spice, while Saperavi brings earthy and slightly smoky nuances.
Taste
Powerful and harmonious, with dense tannins and bright acidity. Juicy fruit notes intertwine with nuances of spices, oak and light minerality, creating a long, rich aftertaste.
Process
The wine is fermented at a low temperature to preserve its freshness and aromatics. Aging in oak barrels enhances the texture, adds depth of flavor and subtle woody nuances, creating a rich and elegant wine.

100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
