Chateau Cristi Blanc de Blancs
Aroma
Elegant and fresh, with refined notes of white flowers, lemon zest, and green apple. Mineral undertones intertwine with hints of toasted bread and delicate almond, adding nobility and depth to the bouquet.
Taste
Clean and sophisticated, with refreshing acidity and a subtle creamy mouthfeel. The palate reveals layers of citrus, white peach, and crisp pear, harmoniously complemented by light brioche and nutty nuances. The finish is long, invigorating, and marked by a mineral touch.
Process
Crafted using the Charmat method from carefully selected white grapes grown on our estate vineyards. Controlled fermentation at low temperatures preserves delicate aromatic compounds. The secondary fermentation in autoclaves ensures a fine, persistent perlage and an airy texture.

100% estate-grown grapes from Chateau Cristi vineyards, located in the geographically protected area of Valul lui Traian, southern Republic of Moldova, village of Găvănoasa.
