Chateau Cristi Bravoure Chardonnay/Rkatsiteli
Aroma
Bright and fruity, with notes of green apple, citrus and peaches, complemented by light floral and honeyed nuances. Rkatsiteli gives the wine minerality and freshness.
Taste
Fresh and balanced, with good acidity and harmony between fruity and floral notes. The wine has a light but rich texture and a refreshing aftertaste.
Process
The wine is fermented at low temperatures to preserve its freshness and aromatic expression. After fermentation, the wine is aged for three months in oak barrels from Transylvania, which gives it additional complexity and light vanilla notes. The combination of Chardonnay and Rkatsiteli creates a wine with a unique balance between fruitiness, minerality and oak nuances.

100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
