Chateau Cristi Pinot Noir
Aroma
Refined and sophisticated, with notes of dogwood, raspberry and eucalyptus. Subtle accents of spices, vanilla and light smokiness add depth. The fragrance evolves with age, acquiring nuances of truffle, leather and dried herbs.
Taste
Elegant and soft, with silky tannins and balanced acidity. Berry notes harmonize with hints of spices, oak and light earthiness, creating a lingering aftertaste.
Process
The wine is fermented at controlled, low temperatures to preserve the delicate flavors of Pinot Noir. It is then aged in Transylvanian oak barrels, which gives the wine complexity, roundness and subtle woody nuances and a spiced aftertaste.

100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
