Chateau Cristi Bravoure Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Syrah/Rara Neagra
Aroma
Rich and layered, with notes of ripe berries such as cherries, blackberries and blackcurrants. Cabernet and Merlot give the flavor a fruity base, Shiraz adds spicy accents, and Rara Nägre brings light notes of dried fruit and earthiness.
Taste
Rich and balanced, with soft tannins and pleasant acidity. Bright fruit notes combine with hints of spices and earth to create a complex and lingering aftertaste.
Process:
The wine is fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve its bright flavors and freshness. After fermentation, it is aged in oak barrels, which gives the wine additional oak nuances, roundness and depth. The blend creates a harmonious and multifaceted wine, ideal for gastronomic pairings and for enjoying on its own.

100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
