Chateau Cristi Blanc de Noirs
Aroma
fresh and elegant, with refined notes of citrus, rose petals, and freshly baked pastry. Delicate almond nuances lend nobility and finesse to the bouquet, highlighting the subtle character of Pinot Noir expressed in a white sparkling style.
Taste
clean, vibrant, and well-balanced, with bright acidity and a silky texture. The palate reveals notes of pink grapefruit, red apple, and lemon cream, complemented by hints of almond and brioche. The finish is long and refreshing, with a mineral backbone and a refined fruity aftertaste.
Process
produced using the Charmat method from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on our estate vineyards. Gentle pressing and quick separation of the must from the skins preserve the wine’s pale color and delicate fruit character. Secondary fermentation in autoclaves ensures a fine, persistent mousse and elegant texture.
Origin
100% estate-grown grapes from Chateau Cristi vineyards, located in the geographically protected Valul lui Traian area, southern Republic of Moldova, village of Găvănoasa.
